Christian Chini set up his first company, a consultancy and staff recruitment company in Slovakia, at the age of 21. In 2006, in parallel to his entrepreneurial activities, he started at IMMOEAST AG, later IMMOFINANZ AG.
There, for ten years, he held various management positions in the Development, Asset Management and Transactions departments and he was in charge of a project volume of over one billion Euros. Lastly, he managed the Development department for Poland, Czech Republic and Slovakia covering all the asset classes of retail, office and residential at IMMOFINANZ AG.
Since 2016 Christian Chini is managing partner at CORAG.

Ralph Bezjak has been working in the real estate sector for over 20 years. Before he founded CORAG, he worked in management in a family firm, subsidiaries of banking groups and a stock exchange-quoted real estate company.
His focus is on the development, implementation and portfolio management of large-volume construction projects in the office, hotel and residential asset classes.
